Coaching is centred on developing clear goals and finding the motivation to keep going when things get difficult. Life coaching encourages you to identify your underlying values and to use these in every area of your life.
Working with a coach provides a structure in which you can completely focus on your life and the changes you want to make.
So having the courage and the commitment to take the first few steps, put the first brush strokes on the canvas, and be willing to change direction or use a different colour, are all part of the coaching learning process.
People often want to make changes, but are paralysed by indecision and fear of making the ‘wrong’ choices… but life is one big school and there are no wrong choices… just another lesson!
Successful coaches will help you to think of possibilities that you have never considered. Coaching supports and encourages individuals to recognise and apply their own abundance of skills and abilities to make the changes they want in specific areas of their lives.
A coach will also challenge limiting beliefs, encourage new thought patterns and facilitate a changing belief system.
I offer Individual personal coaching sessions on a one to one basis; it can be face to face where distance allows, by telephone and or email.
I offer a free initial 30 minute session giving you the opportunity to find out a little about me and how I work, how coaching can help, and to say a little about yourself, in order to help you make a decision whether to engage me as your coach.
If you decide to go ahead we can agree a number of ¾ - 1 hour sessions, and how and when these can take place.
