The first step to changing your life is to recognise the amazing power that all of your thoughts have in your life.
Your thoughts have the power to create you feeling confident or insecure, positive or negative. You are creating your life every minute you are alive and thinking.
The old saying that ‘thoughts create actions is without any doubt ‘TRUE’’
So it would make sense to take charge of these thoughts and create a fulfilling, holistic beautiful life for yourself.
Sounds great but what steps can I take to help make it happen?
Think about something, anything, you want to change...
e.g. say you want a better-paid job.
Now what are your deeply held thoughts about that happening for you?
e.g. ‘I get as far as the interview then I clam up and blow it all!
Keep writing until you have exhausted all your thoughts about getting that better paid job.
Now recognise that the negative thoughts you have are what’s holding you back and blocking your real chances of getting that well paid position.
Perhaps these are ones you always say when you go for an interview, perhaps they are repeated more that once in your list.
Now these are the key issues you will work with.
With each of the three key negative thoughts, turn these around to become positive thoughts.
e.g. I can’t answer difficult questions at the interviews – change this to read ‘ I always answer any interview questions easily and intelligently’
I don’t feel confident in front of strangers – change this to read ‘ I always feel confident when I am in the company of others’
Don’t worry at this stage if this does not ring true for you, with time and commitment to creating changes you will think and feel more positively about the given situation.
Write them on a card and carry them around repeating as often as you can throughout the day, place them in a prominent position, e.g. on the fridge door, on a mirror etc.
Write them out at least 20 times each per day.
Sing them in the shower.
Keep going, even when it gets a little tough, make this a priority in your day, and give time to your new life changing thoughts.
The plan is to replace your negative thoughts with positive ones, and with continual repetition this will happen, and you will experience changes!

The creation of your new positive thoughts and life.
Procrastination is one of the main reasons why people don’t get form where they are to where they want to be! We all have good intentions but there are many things that appear to get in the way just when we don’t want them to, so staying focused is a big challenge.
Here are a few tips to help you leave procrastination behind and focus and concentrate on getting the result you want.
It can be a personal, professional or spiritual goal- but be absolutely sure that you want this as an outcome!
How does it feel?
Have you thought about what life would be like if you did not have this?
Do you need to change anything?
By this I mean make a commitment to yourself that this IS what you want and you are dedicated to it happening.
Write it down in positive language, as if it has already happened for you. Once you put your needs out... the universe swings into action to help put the right people, situation and support in place to help you achieve what you want.
just remind yourself that you are committed to taking this goal forward
Sometimes as we move towards our initial goal, we find we need to adapt, make changes, flow more with the river… don’t be afraid to change.
